Aventurine Jade Gua Sha Skin Therapy

Translated from Chinese as “scrape away illness,” gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that uses a smooth natural stone surface to stimulate circulation. The curved stone is drawn gently but firmly across the face or neck. This “effleurage” massage is believed to stimulate circulation, release toxins, and reduce puffiness. This version is made from genuine aventurine, a type of quartz. The contoured edges of the traditional design are shaped to help promote oxygenated blood flow around the eyes, cheek, and nose.
