Heat-Max Safety Blade is a year-round windshield wiper with a patented system that heats the silicone blade up to 80 °C (176 °F) at -15 °C. Hot enough to prevent snow and ice from building up on your wiper blade in all types of winter driving weather. Your family and employees can drive more safely. Our easy-to-install wiring system has just two connection points. Power is connected to a switched (key on) 12V circuit in the fuse box with the included fused links, and ground is connected to any point on the chassis. The internal temperature switch is designed to turn on the heating element when the ambient air temperature falls below 32° Fahrenheit. There are no external control boxes or switches needed. Once installed, operation is completely automatic.
