Fits Peterbilt 378, 379, and 357 models 2006-2007. Peterbilt 385 models 2006-2008. Also fits Peterbilt 365, 367, 384, 386, 388, and 389 models 2006-2019 with a floor-mounted Eaton Ultrashift control tower only. Does not fit trucks with a dash-mounted Eaton Ultrashift.
